Are there Cab services nearby?

Although you should plan any outing with a designated driver, there are a few cabs in Gibsons, but they may be difficult to obtain. It is best to plan and book a cab ahead of a brewery or pub crawl.

Can you rent kayaks and paddle boards there?

There is a place in Lower Gibsons @sunshinekayaking that has both! They don't have a shuttle to go outside of the harbour but Alpha Adventures in Wilson Creek has a shuttle for kayaking and for snowshoeing in the winter - they also rent snowshoes!

Are there pets at the Oasis?

Yes. there is a cat named Bob. But he will hide when there are people around. The common areas are cleaned to ensure no cat hair is about. The private rental rooms do not allow the cat in the room. We don't allow pets for weekenders, sorry.
